## What we do

We build custom AI agents that take real actions inside your existing stack — send emails, charge cards, book meetings, close tickets, post payments, update records, answer customer calls. Not drafts for a human to approve, but the actual work, in production, with audit trails and configurable guardrails.

Our agents run in your cloud (AWS, GCP, on-prem) under your API keys and service accounts. The source code lives in your Git organization on day one. No per-seat fees, no black-box platform, no vendor lock-in — if we disappear tomorrow, your agent keeps running.

## How an agent works (in plain English)

1. **Listens** — something happens in your business: an email arrives, a customer calls, a form is submitted, an invoice lands in the inbox.
2. **Decides** — the agent reads the input, pulls context from your systems (CRM, database, calendar, docs), and figures out the next move.
3. **Acts** — it performs the work end-to-end inside your tools. Sensitive actions (refunds, external emails over $X, hires, etc.) wait for a human click if you configure it that way. You hold the dial on what's auto vs. human-in-the-loop.
