The problem

ProPark runs driver management and electronic waybills for taxi fleets. Partners kept writing in with the same questions: subscriptions, which driver documents had expired, how the system works under the hood, where to click in the interface.

What we built

The agent answers partners directly: it works through subscriptions, tells them exactly what has expired for which driver, answers from the internal documentation about the system’s internals, walks them through the interface, and answers specific questions straight from the data. A separate track handles Robokassa chargebacks.

What changed

Routine partner tickets close without support touching them, across a base of 60,000 users. Humans stay on the non-standard cases only.
